ZEN Diamond cautions its customers, prospective customers, franchise partners, vendors and members of the public to remain vigilant against individuals or entities who may falsely represent themselves as employees, authorised representatives, agents, affiliates, franchise partners or business associates of ZEN Diamond.

Such persons may attempt to obtain money, jewellery, valuables, confidential information, personal details, banking credentials, OTPs or other sensitive information by making false promises or presenting fraudulent offers, gifts, discounts, employment opportunities, franchise opportunities, business proposals or other commercial benefits in the name of ZEN Diamond.

Fraudulent communications may be received through various channels, including but not limited to telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, social media, websites, online advertisements, messaging applications or other internet-based platforms. Such communications may also contain links, attachments or payment requests intended to mislead you or obtain your personal or financial information.

PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION

·       Verify the identity and authority of anyone claiming to represent ZEN Diamond before sharing any information or making any payment.

·       Do not click on suspicious or unverified links or download unknown attachments.

·       Do not share OTPs, passwords, PINs, card details, bank account credentials or other confidential information with anyone claiming to represent ZEN Diamond.

·       Do not make any payment, transfer funds or purchase any product solely on the basis of an unsolicited offer, message, call or communication.

·       Be particularly cautious of communications offering unusually attractive gifts, discounts, investment opportunities, franchise opportunities, employment, prizes or other benefits in exchange for an advance payment or personal information.

Any offer, communication, payment request or representation made by an unauthorised person or entity in the name of ZEN Diamond should be treated as unauthorised, fraudulent and invalid, unless independently verified by ZEN Diamond through its official channels.

REPORT SUSPICIOUS COMMUNICATIONS

If you receive any communication that you believe may be fraudulent or that appears to misuse the name, brand, logo or identity of ZEN Diamond, please report it to us immediately through our official customer support/contact channels.
